Cardiff's Only Exclusive & Gay Boutique Bed & Breakfast

In the heart of the Welsh Capital, just few minutes from Cardiff city centre you will feel your cares slip away as you enter Ty Rosa Bed and Breakfast. The noise of the bustling city is overtaken by the soothing sound of water flowing over pebbles somehow you know you have arrived somewhere different... and gay!

From the moment you step over the threshold a warm Welsh welcome awaits whether you are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) or straight, as we are even hetero-friendly.

From stylishly decorated guest rooms to a cosy and comfortable lounge area, Ty Rosa simply oozes style and quality and your every whim is catered for. Should you have any additional requirements to your accommodation, your hosts Paul & Stuart (Miss Judy by the time you leave us) are never far away and always ready to help. Ty Rosa offers you the personal attention that you so often miss in an hotel along with levels of accommodation you expect from a quality hotel.

Nothing is too much trouble!
You are the guest of honour and during your stay simply nothing is too much trouble! Our references speak for itself. If your visit to us coincides with a special occasion for you, we can make special arrangements such as champagne or flowers, to ensure your stay with us is truly magical. Just let us know when booking.

Ty Rosa (Pink House) offers more than just B&B, an oasis of calm and relaxation, an escape from the hustle and bustle of the exhilarating city yet is only a stone’s throw away from the city centre and Cardiff's gay scene.

During your stay take time to meander through the Victorian arcades filled with shops and boutiques, explore the main shopping area of Queen Street or visit Cardiff Bay, where much of Torchwood was filmed. For sports fans the Millennium Stadium, the home of Rugby here in Wales, is on our doorstep, as is Cardiff International Sports Village and the soon to be built white rafting slalom course. You never know what you might find in Cardiff! You could just happen to stumble across The Doctor on one of the city streets transformed into some alien world for the filming of another episode of Doctor Who. <more>

Your evening could be spent in some of Wales's finest restaurants located in the city or in the vibrant bay area, followed by partying the night away in any of the lively bars and clubs of the gay scene. Of course there is nothing to stop you from having a night in and order a scrumptious evening meal?

Ty Taxi
We offer personal transport between Cardiff Airport and Ty Rosa with the most gay friendly service in the city, and cheaper than a regular taxi. We can also collect you on arrival or return you on check out to Cardiff Central Railway Station. Check our reservation page for prices.

The hardest decision you will make at Ty Rosa will be what to order for breakfast from our extensive breakfast menu. You will be hard pushed to find a better selection in a 5 Star hotel. So why not reserve your accommodation?

Ty Rosa is Welsh for Pink House and is pronounced "tea" as in cup of and rosa as in the wine.
